This 90% polyester/10% spandex water/wind resistant softshell jacket is perfect for a Syracuse winter and will keep you prepared for anything. The Traverse Softshell functions well over heavier layers in cold, snowy conditions or over a lighter layer when the first fall chill is in the air.
